Trust and data
Clear controls. Plain language. No black boxes.
Before you plan a switch, you should know who can act, what comes in and goes out, and what happens when something needs to be stopped. Here is how Revybr handles it.
Controls
Know who can act, and what goes out.
Permissions by role
Access follows each person’s role. Agents act on the work that belongs to them; team leads and admins get the visibility their role needs.
Imports and exports
Bring your contacts and records in when you switch, and export your data whenever you need it. Your data stays yours.
Connected channels
Email, SMS, calling and calendar live with the contact they belong to. Revybr shows what has been sent and what is still waiting, so a draft is never mistaken for a delivered message.
Review before send
Messages can be held for a person to review before they go out. You decide which actions wait for review, and nothing held is sent until someone approves it.
Plain language
Cancel, revoke, undo and compensate are different things.
Software often blurs these words. They mean different things, and the difference matters most when an action reaches someone outside your team.
- Cancel
- Stop something before it happens. A held message that is cancelled is never sent.
- Revoke
- Withdraw a permission going forward. It stops future actions; it does not reverse past ones.
- Undo
- Reverse a change inside Revybr, such as an edit to a record, where that specific change supports it. Not every action can be undone.
- Compensate
- Take a new, corrective step when something cannot be reversed. A text or email that has reached someone cannot be unsent; the remedy is a follow-up, not an undo.
Compliance support
Controls that support your compliance work.
Quiet hours, consent and review before send are built into the workflow, so the right checks happen where the work happens. They support your brokerage’s own compliance practices; responsibility for meeting the rules that apply to you stays with your business.
What’s next
Reviewed AI assistance, with autonomy that is earned.
After a consented call, an assistant proposes notes and next steps, and a person reviews them before anything happens. Any wider permission is granted deliberately and can be revoked at any time.
